I am a sex-positive therapist. I offer deep presence without judgement. I will collaborate with you and work with the intersections of your unique experience / identity.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples around sex & intimacy, infidelity, and communication struggles.  (Straight couples / queer couples / and relationships that are beyond these categories).

I work with monogamous couples as well as poly / polyamorous folks and ethically non-monogamous couples as well.

I have been working within the queer community, trans community, and gender non-conforming community as a community volunteer, community organizer, and peer counselor long before becoming a therapist.

I also have a long background working with people who are healing from sexual trauma.

I also offer psychedelic therapy preparation and integration work.

I am sex-positive, kink aware, and poly friendly.

I am here to support you and to collaborate with you.  I provide space to explore who you are becoming and to discern old thought patterns that are no longer of service.   I offer tools that you can immediately integrate into your current experience.

I offer individual and relationship therapy as well as many different processing/support groups, workshops, and retreats (both online and in-person).
